Several city clinics work natively in English: diagnosis, quotes and informed consent without translations of doubtful fortune.
Why it matters
A dental quote is a technical contract: understanding it in your language avoids price and treatment surprises. The clinic with an international coordinator has it standardized; the improvised one doesn't.
Where to look
Central and expat districts concentrate the bilingual offer; international patients' English reviews are the best filter. Ask for the written quote in your language before starting.
The serious-clinic standard
Digital X-rays, phased treatment plans and itemized quotes per procedure: if that exists, language is secondary. If it doesn't, English won't save the experience.
